Fast Track Profits System Review

Looking for a home in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley or surrounding areas have many different cultures. What do I mean by cultures? Different types of environments. Some have drive by patrol, their Fast Track Profits System own gate with a call box, or just out in the open environment.

You can decide to live in the Westside for instant, make a lot of money, have an estate and not be protected by the outside environment with a guard gate, fences and patrols.

Some gated communities have one way in and one way out; similar to Disneyland. This is good and bad. It helps keep track of all cars, motorcycles, and delivery trucks coming and going on a 24 hour basis. Their is a video and photo taken of all entering and leaving with time and date. If ever their is a crime people go back and replay the video.

Your children will be somewhat safer in a gated community than one without a guard patrolling 24 hours a day. You will be able to play out front, ride your horse on the trails, ride your bicycle on the trails, take a walk in the middle of the night, and basically feel somewhat protected. Nothing is 100%.

The community will warn you of disasters via your cell phone, home phone, text and email. Neighbors are a little more upscale and know enough to not protrude on your space. When their is an emergency they all look out for one another.

The cons of living in a gated community are that you will have to pay an association fee. Some areas are so high that if you ask you probably cannot afford it. Like shopping in stores without price tags. Living in Bell Canyon near Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley the association fee is only about $230 a month. Condos without a gated community can cost you $1000 a month and more. You will never be able to have a surprised guest unless it is your immediate family that is on your list of visitors that you give to the guard shack. The guard sometimes are annoying by not taking down the name when you tell them of a guest coming and they make the guest wait at the gate while they confirm with you.
